Friendly Manager started on the sidelines. Our founder, Karl Friend, was volunteering with his local youth group when he spotted a problem: admin was getting in the way of the good stuff. So, he built a simple tool to take the pressure off—and just like that, Friendly Manager was born.
What began as a way to sort out volunteer rosters soon took on a life of its own. Clubs started asking for it. Then more clubs. And over the past five years, this little startup has pulled its socks up and grown into one of the most feature-packed club management systems around.
